  • Custom order details: body measurements, size and colour choices, and any artwork, logo or name you send for printing.
  • Messages: what you send us through WhatsApp, email, the contact form or social media.
  • Payment proof: the screenshot or transaction ID of an advance payment.
  • Account details: your login email and order history, if you create an account.
  • Browsing data: device type, browser, pages viewed and approximate location (city level), collected through cookies.

How We Use It

Under this privacy policy, everything we collect is used to run your order and improve the store. Nothing else.

  • Confirm and deliver: to confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp and get it to your door.
  • Make it to measure: to stitch or print custom pieces exactly as you asked.
  • Support: to handle returns, exchanges, refunds and questions.
  • Prevent fake orders: to verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.
  • Improve the site: to understand which pages and products people use, in combined, anonymous form.
  • Updates you asked for: drop alerts and offers, only if you opted in.

Who Sees Your Information

Under our privacy policy, we share your details only with the services needed to complete your order:

  • Courier partners: your name, phone number, address and the Cash on Delivery amount, so the parcel can reach you.
  • Our production team: measurements and artwork for custom orders.
  • Website services: our hosting provider and the tools that run the store, which process data on our behalf.
  • Authorities: only where the law requires it.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with other brands for their marketing.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery, and advance payments by Bank Transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash for custom orders.

  • No card data: we do not collect or store debit or credit card numbers on this website.
  • Advance payments: you pay directly through your own bank or wallet app. We only see the payment proof you send us.
  • Refunds: if a refund is due, we ask for the account details needed to send it, and use them for that refund only.

Cookies & Analytics

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use them to keep the store working and to see how it is used. This part of our privacy policy explains which ones.

  • Essential cookies: remember your cart, wishlist and login. The store cannot work without them.

WhatsApp & Marketing Messages

Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp, so here is exactly how we use your number:

  • Order messages: confirmation, measurements, advance payment and delivery updates. These are part of your order.
  • Drop alerts: new arrivals and offers are sent only if you joined our alerts or asked for them.
  • Stop any time: reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or message us, and we will take you off the list.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we do not keep it longer than we need to.

  • Secure connection: the whole website runs on HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on its way to us.
  • Limited access: only team members who handle orders and support can see customer details.
  • Order records: kept for as long as needed for returns, accounts and legal requirements.
  • Measurements and artwork: kept so repeat orders are easier. We delete them if you ask.
No online store can promise 100% security. If we ever learn of a problem affecting your data, we will tell you.
