Refund Policy
Every hoodie, sweatshirt and drop-shoulder piece from Haseen Wears is made to be worn, not returned. But if the fit's off or something's not right, here's exactly how we sort it out.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unused, unworn items in original condition. Before sending anything back, make sure it meets the following:
- Time frame: Request raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Unwashed, unworn, free of stains, perfume, or odor.
- Tags & packaging: Original price tag and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required.
Size & Product Exchange
Ordered the wrong size, or the fit isn't quite right? We offer a straightforward one-time exchange on all hoodies, sweatshirts, drop-shoulder shirts and trousers.
- Window: Exchange requests accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Availability: Subject to stock in the requested size or color.
- Shipping: Customer covers return shipping; we cover dispatch of the new item.
- Limit: One exchange per order, to keep things fast and fair.
Refund Process
Once your returned item clears quality inspection at our facility, your refund is processed through one of the following:
- Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash: Sent to the account details you provide, usually within 5–7 business days.
- Store Credit: Instant credit toward your next Haseen Wears order.
- Original Payment Method: Card or online payments refunded to the same source.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong item, damage, or an error on our end.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked Sale or Clearance.
- Custom-printed / personalized designs made to your artwork or name.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or altered tags.
- Gift cards and promotional bundle items.

Get Approval
Our team confirms eligibility and shares the return address.
Ship It Back
Pack the item with tags intact and send it via any courier.
Inspection & Resolution
We inspect the item and process your refund or dispatch your exchange.
Damaged, Defective Or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we take full responsibility — no return shipping cost to you.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging.
- We'll arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice.
- Return pickup, where available, is arranged on us for these cases.
